Nairalanders, I seriously need advice on how to go about what am about to type below. Please ignore the typos and grammatical errors.

Last year may I came to Ebonyi state to start my internship program. I'm a Pharmacist. So, as a norm I started looking for a house to stay, meanwhile I was staying with a good friend who is already doing his internship.
So, one day my friend told me one of his village friend has a house, I should go check it out. I went and observed the house. It was a room in a flat of four with its own separate toilet but has a general kitchen for everyone. I liked the room even though the toilet was dirty to stupor. Jesuuus, I wondered if human ever used that toilet.
The guyy staying in the house has gone broke and he traveled to villa. According to him, he wants to go hustle and come back in six months time. I clearly told him my program(internship) is a one year thing, and can't pay for 6 months. He should think it through and get back to me. He said, I should give him one week to think about it. Mind u, his friend that took me there was acting as a house agent and billed me 2k for inspection fee.
After one week, I got a call and he told me to go ahead and pay for one year. I paid him #130k, paid his friend 10k agent fee and I also added 5k for him cuz he complained that he is having malaria then. Told him to use it and get drugs. I called him to come carry his properties (bed, tv, gotv, gas cylinder, his clothes, and other minor things. According to him, since he has intentions of coming back there is no need to pack them. I packed all his properties on top the wardrobe. Just using the bed and the gas. I would have bought all this had it been he packed his properties
I started work in the toilet. This guyy was dirty as pig to be very honest. Am sorry but that’s the only thing to qualify this kind of dirt. I changed the toilet seat, bought chemicals, washed the walls of the toilet and the floor. It was sparkling clean. I repainted the room, repaired his fan, put wall paper and the lightenings. Mind u, before I did all this, I always tell him.
Now, this goat came back and started telling me to calculate the remaining months so he will balance me, meaning I should pack out. In his voice "you know that the landlord and caretaker don't know you, it's me they know that I should find a new place and he will balance me"
What happened? he has been calling me since January that he is stranded, he wants to come and stay with me. I blatantly told him, its not possible, that a friend is already with me. Moreover I can't stay with him, its not possible, he should have patience, by June am done, and he will take over his room that I already made clean for him.
Early Jan, the care taker called me that my rent has not been paid, to my shock the actual rent for the room is 100k. He said, he will lock my room and don't know why the guy will put me in the room and not pay rent. He was so angry, he even said, the guy went behind his back to bring me to the compound. I had to pacify him oh, telling him the guy is my brother just to calm him down. I called the guy immediately to tell him how embarrassing it was that he better settle with the caretaker.

Please, I need a good strategy on how to handle this boy. Should I call soldiers, police for him, or should talk to the caretaker first. I need good opinions abeg
