Glo dey f**k up 4 my area

I am browsing now with a superb speed on Glo now. The issue of the instant surf I complained earlier was able to browse when I loaded 100 naira. It is awesome now.

Gio data service is a rubbish in Akwa Ibom. For the past 6 months I have not been able to browse with glo. Too slow for my liking. Visafone is better in my area and that is what am using now.

It is a general problem. I think the problem is from their network. I do experience the same on my phone each time I want to make a call.

Check your settings. You can delete all the settings,remove your SIM and re-insert. Save the new settings and set them to default,that should take care of your issue. To maximize the freebies you receive after subscription,disable automatic updates from your PC control panel,that way, your alloted bandwidth won't run down. And for the records,you still get 200mb free for every recharge of 1k and above,that's what am using now!

No, Glo are not giving free data on recharge again. Ask me why I say so. I made a recharge of 1,000 naira card on Tuesday, 8th November, 2011, all Glo could give me was 5 mms units and 100 naira free airtime.

my friend look here, those of u who go abt buyin second hand products shud stay away frm BB! The fone has a central control unit and each BB has its own pin. No two BB has d same pin. Its obvious u've bn usin a stolen fone BUT d rightful owner is a smart person. Once your BB gets stolen, there is no need to worry, just get to me tru 08188639787 and i'll render d BB useless no matter d model. As far as u knw d pin. Criminals shud stay away frm BB, its a bad market for dem as far as i'm concerned!

May be , we should wait for some days and see it resolved. But i wont leave my 188 mb i have. I will use it to download anything i like because they may wipe it off when it expires. I am done with their internet. Though faster than my etisalat am using but i dont trust their capability of resolving issues fast. Again see, why must they collect/deduct 20 naira when you call certain number of their customer care , unlike other network for goodness sake? Their so called 121 cc number will not respond to customers. That is intentional, i think just to make money.

Me think etisalat is best when it comes to browsing speed, never had any issue with it. You guys should migrate to etisalat

Glo used to be damn fast on ma bb and ma laptop internet buh i think this =N=1400 bb service they introduced has gat many peeps subscribing and crashin the internet speed.still ok though buh not as fast as before

about the 'no sufficient balance to call'. it once happen when I was using my motorola L7. What I did was to disconnect from all data usage {opera, messenger etc}. For phones that that have data switch (switch on and off gprs/data), u don't need to close data using apps. just off it.

Glo is rubbish, i could remember the last time i subscribed to their 200mb monthly plan, it didnt last up to 8days the thing got finished. Before i noticed wat was going on the zapped me credit . The thing is fustrating. I hate glo for the internet but i enjoy their call tariff,up glo network

I think Glo has resolved this problem. I am now browsing with my remaining 60 naira airtime.

Yes. My inability to use my 60 naira credit was also resolved yesterday. I think, it was a general network problem from Glo.

Glo Network problem has remembered me. I have not been able to call out , browse or even check my balance since yesterday

I have used several providers in the past few months but must say that I’m impressed with[b] Starcomms[/b] and their plans. I use their latest iZap modem and a 250hr plan. Plz and plz can someone help me on this issue, i recently got a Yes Optus 3g router, i got a sim 2 but whn i try to connect using glo,it does not connect, the mode light keeps blinkin, even when u get a package(Always day)it does not lock.then i changed the seetings from gloflat to glosecure,It locks(Mode light gets stable but im being charged, Plz can someone assist me on this issue, Plus i got a new glo sim,went to their office to change it to glofat for me,but yet only glosecure wrks for me, Pl wat do i do?Thanks a Lot, Deee

I've never even used glo, I don't know thier settings . B4, Zain used to be d best but now MTN WAP works for Me without credit.
