Rt.Hon.Philip Shuaibu has been truncated and deadlocked based on lack of electoral value, not following political bureaucratic electoral process.Hence, making his so-call factional parallel primary *NULL and VOID*.Shuaibu spoiler's role was totally barbaric, incongruent,ludicrous and was never recognized by INEC.

Philip Shuaibu emergence as PDP candidate is a show of a political clown, a metaphoric micky mouse that is eccentric, and ambivalent in character, seeking for attention.A political circumnavigation to Osadebey Avenue that is already dead on arrival.

PDP NWC approved the delegate list from the ward congress conducted,Philip Shaibu, by his level of hubris and vituperation used his fabricated delegate list that PDP NWC was oblivious of the act.
