Tap0lane: Other areas hD federal presence - Enugu and Calabar were administrative capitals. If we have to talk about money - Bayelsea state has tons of money but what difference has it made? If Bayelsea was truly given 30bn to share among its 4m population - it should be on its way to Dubai. This tired excuse of Lagos being a federal capital is lazy thinking. Did IBB and OBJ not move ministries out of Lagos and in the latter case run Lagos down? What was the population of Lagos in 1980's when the government moved out and what is its population now? 1 Like 1 Share |

Iju was not Lagos state as then. It was part of old western Region. Lagos state consisted of Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, Victoria Island some parts of Yaba, Ebutte Meta. |
