LORD means owner.
TEACHER means tutor.
PROPHET means message carrier.

According to God's word a sinner is one who deliberately or unknowingly committed blunder and blunders do lead to death or cause suffering for others therefore the one who committed such blunder deserves to die as in cut off from among the living from that time onward the sinner has become a walking corpse sentenced to death awaiting execution that's why Jesus referred to all humans as the DEAD {Luke 9:60} Jesus came for two purposes first to teach us how we can avoid causing pain for others and secondly to pay for the blunders we committed in the past.
So as someone who has come to pay we owe our existence to him that's why he is our Lord and as such we must do well to observe all the things he says and do exactly as he commanded. Matthew 27:18-20

Whoever refuses to accept Jesus as Lord and King only have the rest of his awaiting days for execution unlike those who have accepted him such a person will die but never to be raised from the dead.
WHY?
Because Jesus has no right to raise those who have rejected the antidote since they will continue to commit blunders and curse pain for themselves and others, God promised a Paradise where there will be no pain nor outcry so if Jesus should raise those who failed to accept him as Lord then suffering and pain will continue as they will always commit the blunders after all they don't want to agree that they need a perfect teacher like Jesus.
That's why we must all accept him as Lord who has the right to give us orders on how to live our life!

He didn't make himself Lord neither did his disciples make him Lord it's the Almighty God who mandated it that for anyone to gain His approval we must accept Jesus as Lord/owner.

"All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth" Matthew 28:18

Peter said about Jesus:

"Let all the house of Israel know for a certainty that God made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you executed on a stake.” Act 2:36

Whoever refuses to welcome the orderliness which God Himself instituted the wrath of God is upon such a person! Matthew 17:5

God is the King of the universe and we are all His children but for Him to declare one person as approved when you and i know for sure that mankind has made a mess of this planet means the one whom God declared as His approved son must be highly revered of course you know what that means if you want to gain the approval of a powerful king in your community nah would you just take his approved son as your friend/teacher or Lord who will help you gain access to his father's heart? John 3:18
