Why Loan Machant Always Use Fake Numbers To Call Customer? by obembet(f): 10:55am On Feb 26
Good morning my great Nairalanders, I don't know if am only one experience this from loan app, but I stil wonder why many app use fake or spam number to called Thier customers which make it difficult for customers to call back whenever they have challenges.

They can only call you but U can call back. So is loan app into fraudulent activity? Please u need someone who as experience this to explain better.

Thanks

They are hiding from the authorities so they use such unregistered numbers to avoid being easily tracked and caught after using it to threaten a customer because govt is not in support of their business and most of them don't have license to operate.

So it's a crooked way of hiding their identity and avoid being reached back on same number.

So does it mean all the loan app in Nigeria are fake?
