I opted for 25percent of my Pension remittance, all documents successful and now the only thing hindering the payment is my former company I worked with because they refused to acknowledge the letter my pension sent to them for confirmation before proceeding to pay me on ground that I didn't resign properly.

truly when I left the company 3years ago I don't submit any resignation letter. I left without giving any notice because I was tired of the job. so is there any legal means I go about this because those HRs can be very wicked when you need them as far as am concerned whether I resigned properly or not should not have any bearing to my pension remittance. as long I I worked with them my pension during working with them have to be paid

U seff no do well...why u go just Waka comot for company without resignation....

Anyways.....just put pressure on ur pension fund manager to keep sending them reminders...the reminder is documentation proof that the employer has been contacted without any success...

PENCOM has a law...."if employer refuses to respond to the pension funds manager after 30days or more of exhausting all effort....the pension fund manager has the right to take their silence as consent in order to pay the owner his or her money...

U will then be allowed to use a sworn affidavit that employer is unreachable, three months bank statement, to get ur money.... Them dey craze...

Still ..go and resign properly
