February 27, 2024 - Abuja, Nigeria

Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) staged a bold move by entering the National Assembly without encountering any resistance. The peaceful protest, which began earlier in the day, took a dramatic twist as the demonstrators made their way into the heart of the legislative building.

Armed with banners and chants demanding better working conditions and an increase in the minimum wage, the NLC protesters arrived at the National Assembly complex with a clear message for lawmakers. Surprisingly, security personnel at the gates did not intervene as the protesters walked past, sparking speculation about the reasons behind this unexpected development.

Jagaban orchestrated protest to prevent the real one.

It is strategic and I must commend him for it.

Anybody that tries to protest after now will be discouraged by low turn out and he he would be told to wait for the outcome of the first protest.

Very strategic
