Kobaba Kickstarts 2024 ‘Mayor of Pitikwa‘ Comedy Event In Grand Style

The top Nigerian comedian, Kobaba at a press briefing, begins the activities of one of the biggest shows in Nigeria, 'Mayor of Pitikwa'.
Kobaba said the event will be held at EUI Event Center, Port Harcourt on 1st April 2024 with the likes of Gordons, Mr. Paul, and Mudiaga to perform.

The event will be headlined by The Mayor Of Housing.
The Mayor of Housing, My-Ace China, reiterates his determination to push the comedy industry higher because it targets Nigeria’s youth population of over 146m which is about 70 percent of the population.

The Mayor of Housing (My-Ace China) calls on the government to support the Entertainment Industry in Rivers State and says any government that ignores comedy and the huge resources in it may be making a mistake.

"The annual value of business in the comedy industry is estimated at over N100 billion, but most state and local governments in the Niger Delta are said to ignore this, he observed." - He said:
