I made a payment through transfer to jumia for a product, which was later cancelled by jumia due to the unavailability of it,jumia emailed me that the will refund the money back,please I don’t know how the will do that , my account number is not on my jumia profile,and hasn’t seen any space to input account details , please has anyone gone through this?
