We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Writer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the clarity and effectiveness of our technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

API Documentation Leadership:
Lead the creation and maintenance of API documentation for our cross-border payments platform, setting the standard for clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness.

SaaS Product Documentation:
Drive the development of comprehensive documentation for our SaaS products, ensuring that users can seamlessly integrate and maximise the capabilities of our financial solutions.

Quality and Consistency:
Establish and enforce documentation standards to maintain consistency and quality across all technical content.

Conduct regular reviews and updates to keep documentation aligned with the evolving features and functionalities of our products.

User-Centric Approach:
Understand the needs and expectations of our diverse user base, tailoring documentation to various audiences including developers, end-users, and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:
