pointblank247:First change your life style begining with what you eat and how you eat. Then reduce stress-Add to that meditation and breath work. Also, sleep longer hours Take fish oil(omega). After doing this for a while you should see improvements. If not then write again. I don't know how you live your daily life. So it is difficult to pinpoint particular things. |

As others have said, eating a healthy diet and having enough sleep are good for naturally raising your testosterone levels. Strength training and weight lifting exercises are also a great way to boost testosterone levels. Btw, I have never seen someone with a six-pack complaining of low testosterone |

pointblank247:I forgot to add in my last post that you should eat food rich in zinc or take liquid Zinc along with copper supplement. If you can get seamoss then use it. Please be careful how you use seamoss. |
