Stop living above your means

N40K a month is not much to go by these days unless you have some other support.

However, I would advice you draw up a "budget" to monitor your spending. Atleast if you can't increase your income, you will see where the money is going and possibly find alternatives e.g you can get a room mate to share the house bills with.

Are you for real dude? Comparing 40k with 400k? You must be joking. Go to the market now and ask for the price of things and you will know that 40k is like 10k currently. No doubt he needs to watch his spending but 40k is no money. I'd advise him to up his game and search for another job. A better job. Things won't always be bad. There is hope
