CRY ME A RIVER

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that States have no authority to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot. Democrats in charge of ballots in Blue States wanted to delete Trump with the thin claim that he was disqualified due to his role in the January 6 Capitol 'insurrection.'

There was no insurrection just as there was no Trump/Russia collusion. The Democrats are desperate to keep Trump from his rightful place as president and will pull any dirty trick to keep Biden in office. When the Democrats media personalities heard of the unanimous, 9-0 ruling in Trump's favour, they went off the rails. We were surprised they didn't accuse the Supreme Court as being compromised by Putin, but they almost went that far.

Keith Olbermann in particular was especially triggered. He called for the Supreme Court to be "dissolved." When someone on 'X,' told him to 'cry more, 9-0'. Olbermann replied, "They aren’t tears, fascist. They’re urine. I'm sure you enjoy being bathed in it." Keith crys pee from his eyeballs? Well, okay.

The Democrats are constantly calling conservatives names. "Racist!" "Bigot!" "Fascist!" "Sexist!" "Anti-Semitic!" Jake Tapper uses the latter a lot., but he flubbed up when describing Trump after the ruling. He said Trump was in charge of "the erection." He meant to say insurrection perhaps…but maybe it was a Freudian slip on his part.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold reacted to the ruling by saying, "My larger reaction is disappointment. I do believe that States should be able under our Constitution to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists." The problem is there was no insurrection and Trump was never convicted of running it. Griswold and her comrades in other Blue States simply reacted based on their Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Other media talking heads also denounced the Supreme Court. Rachel Maddow and Morning Joe behaved like spoiled brats who didn't get their way. It's almost as if they’re willing to destroy the third branch of democracy to protect their gaslighting about Trump.

Representative Jamie Raskin often wears silly doo rags and he wants to undermine our democracy, er, The Supreme Court, by crafting a bill that reverses their unanimous decision. He wants Trump off ballots to protect democracy by preventing voters from having a choice. What a farce.

Meanwhile, Trump is enjoying riding on their river of tears.

Whether it's Colorado's demented Secretary of State, Keith Olbermann demanding the Supreme Court be dissolved or any number of MSDNC pundits decrying the outcome, it was a UNANIMOUS decision by the court that a State cannot decide who is, or is not, able to be on a ballot for a federal election for the President of the United States.

Cry more you lawfare-loving communists.

SCOTUS 9-0 Ruling for Trump

A.F. Branco Cartoon – SCOTUS Rules in Trump favour. It is unconstitutional for states to kick a presidential candidate off the ballot based on the 14th Amendment.

Supreme Court Puts Trump Back on Colorado Ballot – UNANIMOUS DECISION – Trump Responds
By Cristina Laila

The US Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled Trump can stay on the Colorado primary 2024 ballot. The Supreme Court said the States lack the power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution against Presidential candidates. "For the reasons given, responsibility for enforcing Section against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States. The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand," the high court's ruling said.

A.F. Branco Cartoon – Democrats have no interest in saving democracy because they can't trust it to fit their agenda. So they are killing it while claiming to save it from Trump.

Can Trump beat the ballot blockers?
POSTED ON JANUARY 3, 2024 BY KELLY MCCARTHY

BACKGROUND: A February 2021 Senate Impeachment vote of 57-to-43 fell 10 votes short of the two-thirds majority needed to convict former President Trump, which meant the Senate could not move to disqualify him from holding future office. The impeachment proceedings were issued one week before the end of his term in January 2021.

TODAY: Former President Donald Trump is appealing a decision by Maine's Far-Left Secretary of State that he cannot be on the ballot there because he violated a constitutional ban against people who "engaged in insurrection" holding office.

Shenna Bellows, who became the First Secretary of State in history to bar someone from running for the presidency under the rarely used Disqualification Clause (Section Three of the 14th Amendment) which claims that this provision prohibits Trump from holding office as he "engaged in insurrection." Section 3 was passed following the Civil War to prevent former Confederates from… Read More…

Maine's Secretary of State Is An Anti-Trump Partisan Democrat
By Allen Quist

Maine's Secretary Of State Shenna Bellows joined Democrats in their attack to take down former President Trump as the 2024 election was terrible news for President Joe Biden. The Trump campaign is accusing Bellows of being a "rabid anti-Trump Democrat" who is relying on her interpretation of the 14th Amendment despite not being a lawyer and never graduating from law school. She was also a… Read More…

Axelrod Warns What Would Happen if Trump 'Prevented From Running'
Leah Barkoukis | December 31, 2023 12:30 PM

Former Obama adviser David Axelrod explained why he has "strong reservations" about any effort to stop former President Trump from running in the 2024 presidential election, arguing that doing so would "rip the country apart."

Speaking during a panel discussion with CNN host Erin Burnett on "OutFront," Axelrod said he has always believed that "a lot of the motivation for [Trump's] candidacy was as a legal defence strategy." "He wanted to set up a construct…which says that they’re coming after him because he's running for President and they're trying to prevent him from being President," Axelrod continued, pointing out that… Read More…

Fani Willis Corruption

A.F. Branco Cartoon – It looks like Fani Willis’ deranged passion for destroying President Trump bit off more than she expected, like her own fanny. Her corruption has been exposed and has jeopardized her case against Trump.

NEW REPORT: Fani Willis Conspired with Liz Cheney's Faux J6 Committee – J6 Committee Shared Video Recordings with Fani Willis But Then Deleted the Video to Prevent Republican Lawmakers from Gaining Access To It
By Jim Hoft – March 12, 2024

Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) released his January 6 Initial Findings Report on Monday, March 11. Rep. Loudermilk is the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman. "For nearly two years former Speaker Nancy Pelosi's January 6th Select Committee promoted hearsay and cherry-picked information to promote its political goal – to legislatively prosecute former President Donald Trump," said Chairman Loudermilk on Monday.

"It was no surprise that the Select Committee's final report focused primarily on former President Trump and his supporters, not the security failures and reforms needed to ensure the United States Capitol is safer today than in 2021."

DFL senator accused of burglary: 'I do not intend to resign'
By Hank Long – April 26, 2024

Sen. Nicole Mitchell, DFL-Woodbury, has yet to appear on the Senate floor since she was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary in north-western Minnesota earlier this week. But she's been the centre of attention in the little the Senate has accomplished since it returned from a Passover holiday break on Wednesday.

On Thursday afternoon, the first-term legislator — who represents District 47 (which includes most of Woodbury and a portion of southeastern Maplewood) — distributed a statement to media announcing she does not intend to resign from her seat.
