In a bid to use big grammar, you're using a wrong word. What's meaning of "existence" in that context?. And don't they have editors?

Gone are the days we trust our national dailies to improve our English

They can't fix the economy. Very incompetent people. Yet they are looking for who to blame..

APC said ₦216 per Dollar was too much. Therefore, no APC government is good unless Naira goes below 216 per Dollar in the regime.

They said give Tinubu more time o. That the past governments did alot of damage and it would take time to fix. So give him more time to fix Nigeria o.

They'll blame Mohbad. Why must he die? He died and the Naira wants to die with him. cry

After Mohbad's blame, they'll blame China (Alibaba, 1688, and AliExpress) for making Nigerians convert their Naira to Dollar or Yuan to buy things from their stores.

After that, they'll ban Aba people from using steady light. They'll say the Geometric power plant is generating too much heat and it's affecting the Naira.

If that one doesn't work, the president will call Buhari to mobilise Fulani herdsmen to behead any Nigerian that complains. In the end, there was a country.

The CBN g9vernor was simply looking for a scapegoat for his loose monetary policy.

Until monetary policy is tightened, there will be no respite for the Naira.

CBN has done its best...
We cant continue to import everything we consume
And expect magic from the CBN...in terms of monetary policies...
We need to add value as a nation....
In terms of service and products...
Thats the missing link in Naija for so many years...

You know nothing. You lots were all over the place when Binance exit was announced but you were reminded that it's a short-lived drama.

Well, here we are now. You either bite the humble pie at the expected stupidity or clam up.

The rise of Naira is artificial the current CBN governor is the worst among the CBN governors since 1958 grin
He claimed that Binance is the problem and he is trying hard to defend his lies by subsidizing the USD from the back door. While EFCC already made it known that banks are part of 75% fraud in the country. CBN claimed to pump FX in banks and common Nigerians can't withdraw or buy FX in the banking all (where are those FX going ) . People can no longer get Naira at the ATM unless they buy it from POS operators and Naira racketers. If care is not taking the current CBN will crash the Nigerian economy bcs he has always use every opportunity to proof his cluelessness. The commercial banks selling FX to BDC and Naira to POS operators are the real criminals and cancer to our economy and not Binance. angry

It's still way better. There was a time cedis was like lots of thousands to one dollar. I remember then they used to worship naira a lot. That time you'd be hearing one million cedis to buy phones that were much cheaper here

If binance was doing any good, no country would have banned them. those pesky fuckèrs need to go first.

No country in the world wants a monetary system they can’t control and specifically, a country like Nigeria wouldn’t want that sorta situation cos it’s freedom and once the people are free, you can no longer coarse them into voting in criminals. Crypto is freedom, that’s why most governments want to ban it cos they can’t control it but guess what, crypto is already established and here to stay. Banning Binance does little or no effect on crypto investors/enthusiasts and obviously does not affect the free fall of Naira. Naira would be above 2500 before July this year, we’ll know whether it’s Binance doing or not by then. Clueless old dekuredes

I OVERHEARD:
I opened a domiccilliary account some few months ago when the dollar was #800. I bought $30 only to open this account with a promise to add more aa time passes by.

But..., it was never thought of.... I could'nt do the abiterage business i meant to do as I was scammed of $20 there in te abiterage app. I cried fir help but no one came fo my rescue. Thus, I let it go.

Months pssses by, and $30 still stair at me.

Now, should I go, close my account, withdraw this $30 and sell it back to tye black market, recoup my money and open a small scale business?

Before the children of hate and perdition come and derail the thread
Know that the Naira is stable now that we’ve eliminated the international saboteurs known as Binance
Also note that all this is speculation due to the free float, it doesn’t mean the Naira is done for
When the Naira peaked at 1200 this week the gbajue and emergency lovers of Nigeria did not show this
But now that it’s at 1600(which we all know will come down) because it’s suits their narrative
Anyway anyway Nigeria will be great in tinubu era
