I applied for national visa (family reunionu) at the spanish embassy in lagos in june but was denied. I was given opportunity to appeal within a month. My husband had a lawyer write on my behalf and i hav signed and submitted the letter. For how long are we likely to wait before they respond. Again, while we're waiting, my police character certificate has expired,though it's been legalized.will they still use it (i believe my appeal will work) or do I need to make a fresh one ? Your responses will be highly appreciated.

why not take care of the reason for ur refusal and reapply immediately and include the letter from the lawyer with ur application document
