YES! Pagans are people with no unique beliefs that they can stand for as their own amidst the rest. So if someone is a worshiper of Ṣàngó but really proud of his god out of all others ever ready to prove that Ṣàngó is the god that everyone must worship to us he is one of the lost sheep of the house of Israel so we need to help him see the true God with his sharp eyes of faith.

Whatever the Apostles decrees on earth has been granted in heaven {Matthew 16:19} Paul's opinion has become a law for all those claiming Christians among gentiles because Jesus singlehandedly chose him! Act 9:15

I will give it to you, at least you're humble enough to accept this thing he said himself, even though it goes against your initial belief that all he said were inspired of God, unlike some others who will keep arguing blindly despite how glaringly this saying of Paul disproves of their erroneous belief.
