Why is federal government spending billions on project that is not viable,just take a look at rails service in Kaduna town, it's has been stop for the past 8 years due to insecurity,must of arms use by Boko Haram are gotten from this same Niger Republic, then how sure are we that the train service will be safe to use due to insecurity in the Northern Nigeria , 1 Like |
