Why does most people fear death; yet the way to heaven?

I think is only those, that pay much attention to their human flesh are afraid of death.The soul enlightened ones ,only know that death is an illusion. we die to wake up. The soul never dies,it keeps on living till infinite.

The fact is those who believe in heaven don't really want to go there because they know how insanely boring it'll be. It's almost like torture. Imagine living for eternity in one place, serving a god forever with no football, movies, parties, games, music from your favourite artists, concerts, phones or social media. Your only purpose is to praise and worship a god for eternity. And I'm sure most people who believe in heaven and hell would rather prefer to die and become nonexistent than to exist in heaven forever. it's just that hell is not favourable, so they can only go with the better choice.
That's why pastors move around with body guards and armed men because they don't want to d!e. It's why they collect tithes and attain wealth because they know they won't have that experience in heaven. Good thing it doesn't exist.

When someone dies, the family & loved ones left behind often pass through lot of stress. That's the major reason most people fear death.

The other reason is the death process which may be painful.

Remove these 2 factors, & most people have no reason to fear death.

Death is not real

Some people want to go to hell instead

So to them, being in nigeria is enough no need to die again

We fear death because we see how quickly people move on and how quickly the dead are forgotten.

After all the noise, people have moved on from Mohbad, the accused are releasing new songs like nothing happened.

It all stems from a deep rooted instinct of fear of the unknown. Humans are very funny creatures. We are greedy and hypocritical in nature.

Even religious people pray against untimely death instead of praying to go home to their supposed heaven full of pleasure, bliss and whatnot.

Because no one is sure of what happens after you close your eyes. All those talk about heaven and hell,no one is sure

But on a lighter note , I think people's fear is the uncertainty there is truly a heaven in the first place

Because we have survival instinct in us. It takes great effort to override that instinct no matter what your believe

Religious confusion, ignorance and fear are the answer.

This subject leaves the average religionist dazed from the back and forth involved. He thanks God every morning for not allowing him to die to go to heaven to be with him and also ask God to not let him die...Huh

My spiritual path teaches you that you can visit heaven even before you die. This is because these so-called heavens are not designations and destinations outside of yourself.

Everyone is literally an intricate composite of all of the heavenly worlds. "Heaven is within you".

You learn the subtle art of dying daily which everyone does naturally anyways and calls it "a dream". The next phase is to be conscious in dreams and you have visited a heaven of your choice.

Fear is a way of life more than anything. Once sin has become ur lifestyle then u must fear death. You fear ur oga at the office because of ur wage. The wages of sin is death!

Foolish op . Death is not the only way to heaven. Every holy ghost filled Christian visit heaven daily in visions, trance and teleportation.while average Christians visit heaven daily in their dreams, although the forget on waking up .
