When Jesus Christ arrived in the nation of Judah, did He announced that Israel had in fact obeyed God's Law and so was no longer to be condemned for its sins?

20 “If you do evil and turn away from the Lord, he will make bad things happen to you. You will have frustration and trouble in everything you do. He will continue to do this until you are quickly and completely destroyed. He will do this because you turned away from him and left him. - Deuteronomy 28 vs 20

Please explain to me your reasoning for pulling this one verse out of that context.

Jesus Christ said He only came to save the Lost sheep of Isreal — those who were cursed by God of Israel. If Israel had not been condemned, there would have been absolutely no need for Jesus Christ. So, did the God of Israel in fact do what He said He would eventually do, or did He, the God of Israel, fail to do what He proclaimed that He would do? Are the God of Israel and His Son, Jesus Christ, liars? Or are you the one here telling lies?
