Ordinary me, if I rent where someone has rented before. I must renovate..I must paint even if the paint is neat. I must do small small amendment.. not to talk of a rich man like Adeleke. Do u expect some door handles in government house not to be bad? Some toilet seats, some plumbing issues, or electrical issues. House must experience natural wear and tear....haba...
