Do you know which States or Cities that their Immigration Offices will be faster, smoother in getting international passports?
Apparently, it seems many Immigration offices outside of Lagos and other major or popular centres, get it faster, much much faster.

Where would you advise or Suggest I go to, that's not In Lagos, but it too far from Lagos, but still southwest?
Because I live in Lagos.

I heard ibadan centers are still faster than Lagos... You can give it a try...

Nevertheless you still have to sort one or two person for your capturing to be faster.... This is Nigeria.... Nothing goes for free
