There are many traditional Seers across Nigeria. However, you must beware of false internet seers. Visit the Seer yourself. Sometimes even healers take on this role. I have encountered many in the rural areas. The old experienced ones can be very helpful. It is well worth it.

usually not. it is better if you travers the countryside villages. sometimes there is a Seer for each village. you can ask the local peoples for info.

Perhaps if I went to Ikorodu or Shagamu or Epe. One problem is I want to visit someone only by recommendation.

And, yes, "prophets of God" are seers in the sense the word is used here. People who see beyond the five senses are born with such abilities. If you became an imam or pastor or atheist or "native doctor" you would retain it. You don't learn it or pray for it.
