It is a common practice in the world for workers to be enlisted in the payroll of the company they work for. It means they are qualified for payment after working for the company at a particular point in time. It is the same in the kingdom of God. God has his workers. They work for him and he has their names enlisted in his payroll. He will pay them their salaries when due. Matthew 20:1-2 1“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. 2Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. Salaries paid by God to his workers may come hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. It may even come every 2-5 year or in a decade and beyond. It happened in the days of king Nebuchadnezzar where God paid him years aftér he had worked for God. Ezekiel 29:18-20 New King James Version 18 “Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to labor strenuously against Tyre; every head was made bald, and every shoulder rubbed raw; yet neither he nor his army received wages from Tyre, for the labor which they expended on it. 19 Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Surely I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; he shall take away her wealth, carry off her spoil, and remove her pillage; and that will be the wages for his army. 20 I have given him the land of Egypt for his labor, because they worked for Me,’ says the Lord God Therefore we must continue to work for our names to remain in the payroll of God. May God grant us grace to remain in his Organization so that we may keep working for him. HOW TO CONNECT WITH JESUS Your body is the house of God is it clean or dirty?
