Hi all,i recently bought a small gas cooker with oven and grill and need help on how to grill fish will i use the fire up or down?should i wrap in foil?i know u will say i should google,but i feel safer learning from here.thanks

Yes, wrap it in foil.

Not sure what you mean by up or down but if you're referring to the placement of the heating elements in the oven, maybe you should use both.

The reason why you might have to google a recipe is so you can know how long to cook the fish for. Or maybe someone can help you out here.

You can also do trial and error and find out which cooking time is better.

Thanks,i will work with the infor,what i meant by up and down fire is that the u could light the flame to be up or down,someone told me up is for grilling while down flame is for baking,thats what i wanted to clarify . Thanks
