Recognized by residents as one of Nnewi's busiest road arteries, the completion of this project marks a significant milestone in the state's infrastructure development efforts.

The commissioning ceremony was a poignant moment for Governor Soludo, who reflected on the tragic loss of Mr. Emeka Nwokenagu (EzeB), the Uruagu Ward 1 APGA chairman, to criminal activities two years ago. Governor Soludo emphasized the importance of addressing security challenges and improving infrastructure to prevent such incidents in the future.

During his condolence visit to the family of Mr. Nwokenagu, Governor Soludo witnessed firsthand the difficulties faced by residents and road users due to the dilapidated state of the road. Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Soludo expressed his satisfaction with the completed project, stating, "Today, the story has changed for good." Soludo is trying but should raise the standard of road. At least, dualize any new road project he is embarking on. Anambra population will triple in less than 20 years and road infrastructure should be planned and constructed in anticipation of the population forecast.
