Just like President Dwight David Eisenhower in 1958, President Bola Tinubu has successfully achieved his promise to the entire Sensible youths of Nigeria 🇳🇬. Indeed our hope is renewed, in 10 years from now intellectualism will be at the forefront of our national discourse.

In USA 🇺🇸 the Federal student loans were first offered in 1958 under the National Defense Education Act (NDEA). The program was established in response to the Soviet Union's launch of the Sputnik satellite.
