Jumia Scammed Me!!!! by Manjapa: 10:36am On Mar 22
Please what should I do,I transferred 67,975 to jumia last two weeks for item I bought, they said the money didn't go through,I was debited.
I had to transfer the same amount to them at that same pickup station, before collecting my items, because they said it will be reversed.
Up till now they haven't reversed it,and I called my bank they said the money was successful.
Please my people what should I do.
Even the items I bought, was not what I ordered for, they just used pictures to decieve people

Print out your bank statement and show it to Jumia's customer care.
On the issue of wrong item, why accept an item you didn't order for ?
You could have just rejected the item.

if bank statement show the two different payment then just hit them up and it will be sorted asap.... as for wrong item, is it that the item is completely different, or that it looks a bit different than the photo..?

most photos are not what the stuff really looks like in real life, thats called MARKETING.

As for me I have learnt my lesson the hard way...I don't ever buy anything of value online, I must first see the item physically before I make payment! grin

Jumia isn't the same again. They are parking up.

Be careful when dealing with them.

No serious management anymore.
