Good day, my fellow Nairalanders,

I'd go straight to the point.

In 2010, my dad built a 3-bedroom detached bungalow in our hometown.

My siblings and I are looking at renovating it this year with a touch of modernisation.

Some of the major repairs include:
-change of roof
-change of tiles
-Raising of the roof to give way for more ventilation.
-change of doors and windows
-POP installation
-Screeding and Painting
-Making all rooms ensuite with one guest toilet in the living room.
-change all toilet, kitchen and electrical fittings among others.

With the current hike in building materials, I will like the building professionals to please give a cost estimate of what it would take to renovate the entire building.

The project is envisaged to kickoff in June, this year.
