Both websites were registered in 2020.

1. Explain.com.ng
Niche: anything Nigeria. Domain authority: 22.

I actually get lots of guest post requests on this one, never took even one.

N200,000

2. Educated.com.ng
Niche: schools. DA 14.

N120,000

Both have Adsense but I really don't have time n haven't posted in a while. Their domain names have been paid for till 2025.

Prices are negotiable within reason.
