LIFE: Living Into Future Enterprise.

TIME: Thinking Into Momentary Enterprise.

Beloveth child of God, it is high time we started to rebuild the immunity of our marriages, families, homes, institutions, churches, towns, villages and so on.

The task of rebuilding our marriages, families, homes, and institutions require submitting to one another in love.

The word Submit; according to English Dictionary, means to yield or give way to another.

Ephesians 5:21-22,25-26
[21] Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
[22] Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
[25] Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
[26] That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Did you observe that before the wife (younger or minor, in this context) was asked to submit, there is a prior instruction of submitting to one another in verses 21?

Yielding to one another in the fear of God is key to the building of any sustainable institution.

Jesus Christ, despite being the King of kings, had to come down to the level of man in order to build the relationship required to win mankind back to God.

To win humanity, Jesus Christ established a communicating relationship with men, which led to the sanctification of man through washing of water by the Word.
This is the process of renewing of the mind by the Word.

As husband’s we must give listening ears to the suggestions of our wife’s; while the wife’s must also give attention to the words of their husband.

As parents, it is important we submit ourselves to our children by not only listening to them, but also doing their bid sometimes and in the process introduce our own view.

Submitting to one another breaks the fallow ground of fear and opens the heart.

Prayer: Lord God Almighty, break every fallow ground of fear in my heart and replace it with your love in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen!
