Just a heads up about Chipper Cash's declined transaction fees. They charge 500 naira each time you try to use your card but don't have enough funds in it. The annoying part is that you have to transfer money from your Chipper Cash wallet to your card before making any online purchase. I kept forgetting to do this and ended up racking up over 10,000 naira in fees! I finally deleted the app because it was too much hassle. Wish they could just link the wallet to the card automatically. |
