Job Description for Technical Researcher / Writer for DeFi

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct and perform research on DeFi landscape, pertaining to competitors comparison in terms of product/service offering, pricing, chains supported, staking volume,, DeFi upgrades and activities, technical study and any DeFi trending topics
Write content and research pieces based on research activities, meant for blog publish, social contents and KOL push
Provide and write commentary, observations, insights and perspectives in relation to the research contents or to a particular narrative that is trending in the industry
Provide insights and technical advices for DeFi and staking contents, and value add contents and communications for content marketing, sales pitch decks or press releases
To write white paper and case studies relating to DeFi and staking industry, and about our service offering and expertise
Thought leadership and opinion speaker: To represent our and Bedrock for opinion speaking/ panel representation such as AMA spaces and Webinar

Qualification
Capacity to be self-sufficient. Put simply, you should feel ownership over research and approaching things in a strategic way.
Passion for writing, and storytelling. We need someone who can write and translate a technical piece with a value for readers to be convinced about staking with us.
Crypto enthusiast. You are already a part of the DeFi community and have experience in research and writing, and are able to identify new narratives and innovations, and competitors' activities efficiently.
Curious and a growth mindset. You should bring excitement and new ideas to the table. We want to reinvent and relevant content marketing for DeFi.
2-5 years of experience with writing and researching with a deep fluency of being part of the DeFi community.
Resourceful individual: Ability to obtain findings and insights, and transiting them to our contents and commentary
Ability to work independently and within a team. You will be ready to push contents and narrative in a responsive and independent manner.
