Now, on a serious note, she is very consistent since her debut book in 2005. She has sold more than 2 million copies.
I see her winning the Booker Prize soon.

Nigeria promoted her early at the very beginning. She was on NTA to promote her first book, purple hibiscus. Then the book was put on WAEC reading list. Many of us bought that book when it came out. I'm sure it must have sold millions of copies in Nigeria alone making her very rich. Then her second book was made into a movie by a Nigerian director.
