On Holy Thursday, a solemn occasion in the Catholic calendar, Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu, a devout Catholic, joined the faithful at the St. Agnes Catholic Church. It was a time for the 'Washing of Feet', a symbolic act that humbly represents the selfless love and service exemplified by Jesus Christ in the gospel.

Philip Shaibu was joined amongst other twelve for the washing of their feet, as an act of which serves as a picture of Jesus' ultimate mission: to serve humanity through His humble death on a the cross
