Anger Connotes Insanity; it is the cousin of madness.
Anger is an aggressive emotion capable of significant damage, which is why you must learn to manage and control it effectively. Feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and unhappiness leads to anger and these sensations usually arise because of disliking someone or an unfavourable situation or perhaps innuendoes used against you.

Anger elicits a negative reaction that is detrimental to physical and mental health and social status. I have seen highly literate and well-meaning folks lose it in the spotlight of public attention because their temper got the better of them. I have done unspeakable and foolish things, and taken wrong decisions due to anger, and this had cost me alot.

Moses once referred to as the meekest (humblest) man on earth, yet could not enter into the Promise Land because he failed to militate against his preponderance of angry outbursts. Anger must be avoided in totality if one wishes to be successful and prosperous.

How to Avoid Anger:
1. Avoid places, gatherings and situations that can make you angry
2. Don’t argue, if a conversation is turning into an argument, shut your mouth up or leave that environment
3. Don’t be around friends that criticize, mock or make fun of you
5. Thinking/Reasoning; if you are aware of the drawbacks of anger, you will not get angry. You should think more positively and avoid negative thoughts
6. Always listen and think before you speak, do not talk much.
