Is Honda Not A Good Car In Nigeria? by amtheone(m): 5:25pm On Mar 31
I wanted to buy a car and my first choice was Honda Crosstour 2011 Model. Upon asking a few friends of mine, they all warned me about Honda. They all went for Toyota, but I really don't like the body frame of Toyota. I so much love the body frame of this Honda Crosstour. I have equally read about how Toyota is the bride of bad guys in the street so that further deepen my dislike for Toyota

Please those with experience with Honda Crosstour, kindly share.

Don’t take car advice from Toyota owners, they are small minded.
Honda are solid cars generally if you’re not the type to over abuse,
The only factory fault with the crosstour is with the VCM of the v6 j35 engines, it malfunctions, but can be disabled.
Overall, solid car.

Anybody that's knowledgeable about vehicles will never mention a Toyota to you for any reason. Toyota's are simply for car abuser and people with poor maintenance culture or corner cutters.

If you must buy Honda, please be ready to give good maintenance to it or else you will suffer greatly for cutting corners.

Honda vehicles are very reliable once you treat it well.

I hope this helps.

Yes it does have a rare 4plug model which still Handles well, but about fuel consumption, I think its closer to a CRV and kinda same with 4 plugs honda accord of same year or gen,
but I don't know the actual figure.

Don't mind some Nigerians....many of them are hell bent of driving a toyota whether their budget can get a good one or not. Honda is a very solid car.

The car is a nice machine,it comes with either a 2.4l 177 horsepower i4 engine or a bigger 3.5l 271 horsepower engine, the 4 cylinder engine is nice as a daily driver with good fuel economy 21 city 29 highway 24 combined but if you want something more powerful then you can go for the one with the v6 engine it is a smart ride with enough power and balance on speed compared to most toy like Toyota cars

For much was Ur budget? What I like about honda police don't usually disturb unlike Toyota lexus.

If you are buying.dont buy the abuse one. Go for the one everything is intact.
