What Fashola did is it good ?

Lekki Epe 35kms he couldn't complete in 8 years

He shut down 3rs mainland bridge for almost six months and when it opened we were shocked to see all the dangerous potholes were still there after suffering Lagosians for 6 months

There is nothing uncommon about his performance. Stop celebrating mediocrity with the use of that word.

Fashola tried his best and just because Umahi is performing excellently, does not mean that Fashola performed poorly. After all, Fashola delivered the Second Niger Bridge.

I will like to first thank the moderators for unbanning me
I still don't understand why I was banned anyway, during my ban I decided to become active on Twitter and I realized that Nairaland is still a safe haven compared to Twitter
I will give more comments later

Back to the topic,HE Engr Dave Umahi is a professional to the core
I beg to say,his appointment is perhaps one of the best thing to happen to Nigeria
If this is a sample of the projects that will be delivered,I can sleep knowing we are in good hands
I know for a fact that the Lagos to Calabar Super Highway is going on with serious speed and I am sure that Asiwaju will deliver it in 8 years
Some ministers need to visit HE Engr Dave Umahi on tutorials on how to proceed with their assignment

Yes he tried his best and he did better than his predecessors from the Obasanjo and Jonathan administrations. Umahi is just doing a great deal better than him.

Don't care if he's right or wrong. The bridge is not about fashola, it's about the improved safety of Nigerians and whoever repaired it is the one being celebrated

Kudos to Umahi. Another appointment Tinubu got spot-on.
Re: Third Main Bridge, Lagos (photo) by huptin(m): 1:07pm On Apr 01
I appreciate Umahi, he has done a good job, i pass this bridge every day, though i am not a fan of Tinubu, but I pray for him and Umahi each day I drive through this bridge.

However Drivers should be warned we are already witnessing accidents on the bridge on account of excessive speed.

Third mainland bridge in lagos is notorious for criminal activities and hideout.Dont pray for your car to break down during the day or night there because criminals who are taking refuge under the bridge will jump out and Rob you.Dont be decieved by the solar street lights. That bridge is not secure at any day.

Don’t pray for your car to break down anywhere in Eastern Nigeria day or night o, because there are ESN Criminals taking refuge there, that may jump out & rob you.

Don’t be deceived by the propaganda that things will be alright once Mazi is released, that society is not secure at any day.

If not for Dave Umahi that completed the second River Niger bridge, Fasola would still be huffing and puffing till now.
