Sin is bad and a great offense against Our Creator however Jesus calls us to call upon His Help in the midst of any sin or sinful-lifestyle or sinfulness or unworthiness whether they are public or secret-sins inside our heart or with our mouth, saying what we mean and meaning what we say and He will come into our lives and dine with us (deliver us from the source of that sin{the flesh/body-of-sin}, it's addictions, the-mindset-that-makes-you-believe-that-you-cannot-overcome-such-sinful-lifestyle and it's power of repetition in your life eternally; "He[Jesus Christ Crucified] is ABLE TO SAVE TO THE UTTERMOST/COMPLETELY/PERFECTLY/ETERNALLY those human being that comes to God; Our Father through their faith in Jesus death, burial and resurrection because He lives FOREVER to make intercession for us before His Father" Hebrews 7:23-25).

It is while we were still in Adam's ancestral curses and our own personal sins that Jesus died on the Cross of Calvary *for us(each and every human being)* to save us *from such Adamic-nature and REPLACE US with His New Creation Life which can now live by the Holy Spirit Power to please Abbah Our Father without sin till eternity just like Jesus lived with that same type of human body and had no sin till He ascended into heaven and forever although in the human body, He experienced every kind of temptations yet He did not sin* ("For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize(connect) with our (human) weaknesses, but *we have ONE who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin*." Hebrews 4:15)

*Having received the new creation life in Christ Jesus Crucified and now walking in faith and obedience to the Holy Spirit "in all aspects of life"* yet we should not *take it for granted that it is our human strength or efforts or logic or discipline* that is sustaining us *without sin* rather *it is the Holy Spirit Help(" It is not by power or by might but BY THE HOLY SPIRIT" Zech. 4:6)* and we should never *accept any thought or teaching or suggestions* that begins to tell us *not to ask the Holy Spirit for His Help, mercy and grace AFRESH for each second of our earthly existence* such that we would not deviate back to the flesh rather He will keep us without spot or stain or wrinkle until Jesus comes to rapture us His saints. Amen. Thus
1 Corinthians 1:7-9 So that *ye come behind in no gift*; (while) waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:
*Who shall also CONFIRM/KEEP/SUSTAIN you unto the end*, that *ye may be BLAMELESS in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ*.
*God is faithful*, *by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.*

And

Jude 1:24-25 *Now unto HIM that is ABLE to KEEP YOU from FALLING, and to PRESENT YOU FAULTLESS before the PRESENCE of His GLORY with EXCEEDING JOY,
To the ONLY WISE GOD OUR SAVIOUR, be GLORY and MAJESTY, DOMINION and POWER, both NOW and EVER. AMEN.*

How to ask the Holy Spirit for His Help:
-increase your DAILY INTAKE OF THE WORD OF GOD that is increase the amount of bible passage you read on your own on daily bases and at every slightest free-time or less-busy time

-intentionally write out a time out of your busy schedule each day to meditate upon the word of God written in the holy bible. Repeat it inside your heart over and over, speak it out to yourself in a manner that you hear yourself talking to yourself alone upon each bible passage, imagine yourself as Jesus asking the Holy Spirit to help Him to obey that word.

-- As you meditating start praying those words immediately into your life asking the Holy Spirit to help you believe them and obey them as Jesus would do if He were to be in the human body NOW or in the future when such situation or temptations will raise its head.

--ask the Holy Spirit to help you to join the fellowship of the brethren where you belong in their daily activities so that He will use other people to strengthen you more and more.

It is not our *human efforts to pray or obey God* that moved God to manifest on our behalf as a believer in Jesus Christ Crucified rather it is the Holy Spirit who *prompts or moves us to pray and He alone who both wills and does His good pleasures(obedience of faith through the gospel)* through us such that When we pray *quickened by His Holy Spirit or obey His instructions specifically towards us by our total reliance on the Holy Spirit Help*, He will use it *as an excuse to manifest or move on our behalf*
