Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Administration Barrister Nyesom Wike has revealed that, the Chinese company handling the Abuja metro rail project had demanded the sum of $129 million for training of staff who would manage some aspect the Abuja metro line. Wike made the revelation on Tuesday in his office in Abuja during a chat with media executive, noting that his intervention forced the CCECC to drastically reduce the scandalous substantially.
