Ndi Igbo ibem, sorry nu. We will continue to cry , so long as we all still fix our eyes on the oil in Niger delta . We have oil in Imo, Abia, Anambra , we have coal in Enugu , Arable land in Ebonyi and All the states mentioned above , but greed is the reason why we still want more. 5 Igbo states, well planned industrial settings in enugu and abia, a commercial hub in onitsha and Aba, well planned Administrative setting in imo and enugu, and we are alright .5 Igbo states are far bigger than most countries in Africa . We are industrious and one of the most intelligent tribes in The world . Why are we clinging to oil that will fade away soon. Let's come home and build our home. Prosperity comes from what you can do ,not from what you have received . Majority of the countries with the largest oil deposits especially in Africa are not developed compared to the revenue they get from the oil. The Igbo man should be smart. 5 is more than enough to succeed . Dalụ nụ Umu Igbo worldwide ....

The question is if this property is owned by a "Adulkadir" or "Adefemi", would nWike have the balls to demolish it?
It doesn't even matter how the land was acquired.
The only thing to say to nWike's types is that Nigeria is turn by turn.
It will eventually get to his turn to be oppressed and abused.

Anambra people don’t have anything to do with ikwerre people, maybe Abia or imo

Besides, ikwerre people have countless times deny being igbos, what’s all this nonsense all about?

Must every issue be resolved by demolition? Can't there be out of court resolution too? Who are the directors that sold the land? Are they accountable? Have all the avenues been exploited? For The foolish victim and his relative playing ethnic card, what tribe is the minister? The foolishness of this demolition approach knows no bounds walahi.

May you be left with nothing after working hard to gain possession of a property you paid for in the right Authorities......say Amennnn....

That's what you are trying to label ethnic card as if it is easy to own one plot of land in Abuja talk more of Asokoro district...

Wike should have handled the matter with patience, making sure that the owner of the property has used all sides to prove he is not a land grabber....

Or is there an urgent Stadium or airport that Abuja needs that Wike needs to finish the construction by September?

Why the rush

Is it not government again......can someone take what belongs to a Government

Wike just acted like the case is a personal case and not of the Government....taking laws into hia own hands because he was made a minister after delivering votes to APC Government in Rivers State by violence approach and deaths ....

Nigeria keeps fighting their saviour, the Igbo tribe. Without the Igbo Nigeria can never move forward. And Nigeria will eventually be destroyed coz of their animal level foolery. To keep someone down you have to stay down. And all of you here saying nonsense are dying of envy and tribalism. You can't stop the Igbo no matter how hard you try. Whom God has made the head you can't make the tail.

Oga, if only you knew this businessman antecedents you will not align him with his tribe, Igbos will discard, and refuse to associate with such.
The fact that he is igbo does not make him favorable to you, infact your next Yoruba or Hausa guy may have more regards for you, more benevolence than people like that businessman. Such people have sold their souls to the devil under greed.
I know you may not know, and there are certain things that cannot be reveled here, but I assure you, such people should not be in anyway linked to igbos when they fall foul of the law. I am talking of large scale criminality where what is for eg 1m people is taken under magomago, dagbo court judgements etc. Some chicken change is now used to then build eg 1 rubbish building called school for the 1m people, those people then go around praising the businessman that he has done well, not knowing he took all was meant to come to them.
Leave all these men, na them destroy the country.
I despice wike, but in this case, dealing with such people is the proper thing.
Go on YouTube and watch the wike interview with aruleba of ait and the channels news team.

In all you said in this post, you failed to point out where Ukachukwu is wrong on this matter.

Properties belonging to people of different tribes are being demolished in FCT including those belonging to the indigenes. How does that translate to hatred of Igbos? Who hates Igbos in Anambra where the same thing is happening?

People should just learn to do things the right way to avoid stories that touch.

These are the lazy ones.

Even Wike confessed the man has documents.

What Wike is claiming is that there was no minister on seat when his documents were signed.

A very useless excuse as Directors and Perm Secs are always available. Wike should have told us where in law it states that the FCT minister and him alone MUST countersign your documents.

A lawyer that loves illegalities

You go and watch the interview. Land was allocated for development of housing estate, even though the allocation was done in a cloudy way. That aside, the place was now partitioned into plots and being sold. Eg you approach fct you want land allocation to build 1000 units of housing. They give you at subsidized or next to nothing to encourage development, depriving you and i, ordinary Nigerians, that need a plot each. The businessman then rather starts selling the land allocated for huge gain, racketeering from land meant for Nigerians. He sells for millions to you and i.
Wike asked a simple question, is it that fct cannot sell the land on its own?
When those shylocks are profiteering, they do not give a darn if you are igbo, Hausa or Yoruba. He will sell to a Yoruba that offers more money then you his igbo brother.

Oga, business of large scale is always like that, he will acquire in large scale and sell in plots, how else was he to reclaim his money? By mining oil on the land?
Which land was made to me and you? In a capitalist economy?
Be sensible bro.

Thus is much thou
How many land come remain for that area grin

Abuja has massive land that should be enough for every kind of industrialization and production. But it's the most docile capital in the world.

Zero industries, zero factories, zero multinational corporations, zero career opportunities.

Just government institutions where money is shared and stolen

Guess you may not understand how land allocation works, so one understands why you think this way.
Did the man go to fct to tell them he needs land to sell? This is not capitalist anything, it is rather criminal racketeering. It is not business dexterity but profiteering. Do you know he might have gotten that land for almost nothing, possibly free because of what he said he would build there? He rather then starts to cut them to plots and sells for billions.
Oga, leave those men and his type, focus on other things, those men are shylocks. I might know one or 2 things you don't and hence my saying, these are not the kind of people you waste time talking their matter.
Certainly it has nothing to do with igbos or their business.

Let's leave this matter as you said. You know nothing about land allocation, and I will be spending too much time if I decide to teach you about it here. Good night.

Wike, you erred to have demolished the Igbo man's estate. I put it to you that you did it because you hate Igbos.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

Wile Isn't a daft! He said he met with senior lawyers before his attempt...and the supposed owner didn't return to status quo but codedly selling portions of the land cos he didn't want to lose out.
Those senior lawyers earlier mentioned must have seen an angle that gave Woke confidence about his next line of action. Remember that he is also a lawyer ...
