The maker of the document is INEC.

INEC has to be cross-examined for the purpose of fair hearing without which the document is not useful before the Courts.

The audit reports which are produced by such external audit firms are being admitted in courts as authentic evidence.. (even though they were not the original producers of the documents which they audited)..


The same way,, there are FORENSIC EXPERTS who do the same External Examinations on electronic devices, and to bring out FORENSIC REPORTS which would detail all the data contained inside such devices, even though these Forensic Experts were not the ones who put the data in such devices...
This is what they do.. This is their work.
(Just the way Audit firms bring out financial details in their audit reports.)

Don't mind them. Any sane person knows that the election was rigged. I don't even need any court to prove it. But it is funny how those that keep crying that Nigei6 is not moving forward keep supporting things like election rigging just because it favours them at that point.

Some people's comments do not worth response. Are u saying that it was only Ododo that rigged? Muri Ajaka did not rigged in the areas he had upper hand? All the politicians are criminals, we are not from Kogi but we saw how SDP machineries killed those that resisted them in Igala side. APC also did the same in Okene where they had upper hand.
