Business Development Officer (BDO)
Requirements and Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Marketing company
Must be a Pharmacist (B. Pharm)
An MBA or membership of Professional bodies such as NIMN, CIMN, APCON and NIPR will be an advantage
Business Development, Project Management and Product Development skills will be an advantage

Responsibilities
Management and handling of Tertiary Health Institutions
Handle regulatory organizations such as NAFDAC, PCN and PSN
Identify opportunities for product development, campaigns, and distribution channels that will lead to increase in revenue.
Provide information for Print media, electronic Media and BTL, including Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, tiktok among others.


Medical / Sales Representatives (Med Reps)
Requirements and Skills
A degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences
Minimum of 1-year experience as a medical sales representative or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Responsibilities
Handle Secondary and Primary Health Institutions
Meet specific targets (sales budgets, calls, reports etc)
Present product information and deliver product samples
Organize Clinical Presentations


Customer Care Officers (CCO)
Requirements and Skills
A B.Sc or HND degree
Experience working with customer support is desired
Experience in Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Good oral, written, selling and telemarketing skills

Responsibilities
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Acknowledge, resolve or escalating queries and concerns
Update and keep sales records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Generate Content for social media pages


Canvassers
Requirement
A minimum of SSCE, GCE Certificate
A minimum of 18 years
A previous experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities
To memorize and recite sales scripts and statements provided by the employer
Make Cold Calls, follow-up, make pitches and process orders
Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for client information and signature acquisition.
