In recent times I have come to understand another source of depression, and that is called LOVE.

Contrary to what you might be thinking, and No, it is not the absence of love, it is the very presence of real and true love.

When people love truly and are used to the idea of having an ideal relationship, it triggers a huge rush of silent emotions that you don't even know is there, you cannot in that state measure or quantify such feelings.

Then, suddenly you started feeling a heavy burden in your chest, your eyes becomes heavy, your heart pounding fast and losing rhythm, you lose concentration on your personal goals and visions and life seeing worthless to you, WHY IS THAT?

You begin to realize that your ideal relationship is falling apart, your partners attitude and decisions towards you and relationship is completely at variance with expectations.

Ideal ≠ Reality = Depression

Why do you think that is, do you think You've been too invested in love as an ideal situation with the wrong person?

Now, how about you try Reality, and not be too invested in ideal situation.

On the human side, Don't fall in love, and if you must love, then you must do so from a position of strength.

Love GOD & Love yourself, for that is IDEAL.
Humans will hurt you and make you depressed, for that is REALITY
