The Cybercrime Act of 2015 is here to stay considering the large number of people that have used it against their adversaries. But the word 'cybercrimes' is too vague for offenses like false accusations and defamation. False accusations and defamation needs to stand as their own act or be drafted into another suitable act. False accusations and defamation can happen on any medium whether social media, TV, radio or newspaper. Just because it happened on social media doesn't exactly suit the definition of a cybercrime to me. There should be clarity that one is been jailed base on false accusation.
