There is no biblical reference to fit such a claim. You would need to look outside of Scripture to find the true identity of the deity in question. I would probably start with local Nigerian deities since Adeboye is a Nigerian.

And where we not told that The Lord Said "He.would go down to see if the cry of Sodom and Gomo was True, hence the visitation of Abraham?

If those men somehow transformed into angels by Chapter 19, that's an entirely different story from this written in Chapter 18 where it says that men -- not YHWH or angels --- ate with Abraham.

Verse 10 says "ONE of them..." which means among the MEN, ONE spoke with Abraham about Sarah conceive and that "ONE IS IDENTIFY as The Lord YHWH".
