Cancer kills a lot of patients in Nigeria every year.
Worse still we only have the painful and harsh form of therapy which is chemo.

Personally I am diving into a immunotherapy procedure research and how it can be made affordable to patients at anything below $400. In comparison immunotherapy currently cost an average of $20,000 anywhere in the world and it is not currently available in any medical center in Nigeria.

My research follows the usual procedure for dendritic cell based immunotherapy where patient's blood is extracted, monocytes are isolated and developed into dendritic cells, then exposed to specific cancer cells and returned back to the patient's body in the form of transfusion to provide highly specific immune response to that specific cancer.

While this is not new, I am working a very smart way of editing these dendritic cells to provide a more specific and long term response that could as well become a cure and a long term vaccine for that cancer the cells were exposed to during developmental phase.

This form of dendritic cell immunotherapy can provide an 80% 25 years survival rate for patients with even the deadliest cancer types like lungs, gallbladder, brain cancer, etc.
