I just lost someone close to me and I can’t sleep I'm scared of their ghost being inside or them appearing to me, many thing are running through my mind, is it normal  Why can’t I sleep? I’m scared Is there a way to overcome this fear because I’m the only one living alone   I’m scared of sleeping tonight It get worst at night nd when it is dark |

If you lose someone close to you, that wouldn't make you not to sleep na or been scared, what I expect from you is that you can't sleep because you have been crying all day. If the person too close to you, the person wouldn't even show him/her self to you just yet. |

If the dead person was a good person and you are not guilty of anything, then you have absolutely nothing to fear. If it bothers you so much, then you can change environment briefly for the main time, or invite a godly friend to come stay with you. |

If you are innocent, you have no reason to fear. Go and sleep at someone's place. If you are guilty, YOU WOULD RUN MAD. |

If you are in a big city, their are part of your roads that people died. Hospital and everywhere, people die. Even places that war is going on and people who work at mortuary. So chill the foooq down if you are innocent. |
