From N600 to N550, what's the difference? The only good news here is that demand for dollars to import fuel will reduce, which will further assist the Naira to appreciate more.

The headline and the storyline no tally. A year after "subsidy is gone" and not one petrol station has received Dangote fuel! What plans are they still perfecting when the only economic relief the Naira has seen in eons is from a 5%er’s airline, despite all the tax-holidays, subsidized forex & loan facilities the CBN has given this project. Same thing they said about PH refinery, their stories always cutoff after the plan. Correct me if I’m wrong, but till date, I’m yet to hear of any filling station selling PortHarcourt fuel. cool

If Dangote can meet the demand of the whole country, then the Naira will appreciate faster.

For those who still believe that nothing is happening in Dangote Refinery,I laugh in Spanish. For some of us who visit that area constantly I daresay that it is very unbelievable that only Pinnacle Oil is the one supplying the petroleum products coming out of that area everyday

A Big thank you to HE Engr David Umahi for the ongoing Lagos to Calabar Super Highway. The work has started simultaneously at the Eleko End and the work is going on Night and Day
As for those still doubting,Investment opportunities are still available at all our Estates located on that corridor

Taiwo, there's no good news whatsoever.

It will be good news if the price is reduced to N185 per liter or below where Tinubu met it.

Frustrated you say? The frustrated bitter souls are the hungry clowns always crying over everything including the price of rice. Ever seen me crying that rice is costly? Ever seen me crying over high cost of anything? Infact, ever seen me cry over any policy? On the contrary, it is you that is seen insulting any minister, gov, president, NASS members and any govt officials including policies. Those are the key indicators of frustration.
Below are some cries of a frustrated soul.

The good people of Nigeria are happy that at least very soon we will not be exporting crude and importing refined products. That is a major milestone, reduction in price is secondary.

Now there are people who will work in the refinery, those people will inturn take care of their dependants, many will rent houses in that axis thereby driving economic activities.

With more people having better purchasing power, hotels, super markets, recreational centres and many other businesses will open up in that area to service the people who work there.

Another area people forget is that Dangotte will also be exporting it, if that happens, we will also have diversified a little and have another source of foreign exchange.

Refinery will need supplies, people with business sense are already taking up positions to provide services.

There will be a lot of consulting firms also taking up positions.
If you cannot support good things happening and open your mind to progress, you will continue to be redundant and even transmit your negativity to your kids.
