I need someone to build a simple job Vacancy app for me low budget. I want to be posting jobs via the app for my subscribers.

You have to generate YOUR_ADMOB_APP_ID and YOUR_ADMOB_AD_UNIT_ID based on what you said. I have written the code and just need to make some little adjustments based on this ads you are talking about but you need to get the above Id. Again, your budget will determine whether this your project will materialized
